Vegan White Chocolate Recipe at Home

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Cocoa butter chopped
  • 2 tbsp Refined coconut oil
  • 2-3 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Cashew Butter
  • ½ tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Pink salt

Instructions
 

  • Melt cocoa butter and refined coconut oil in a saucepan.
  • Stir in cashew butter until melted properly.
  • Add maple syrup vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt then whisk the mixture gently.
  • Pour into the mold and freeze for 10-12 minutes.
  • Store in fridge or freezer.
