Vegan Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tbsp  ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tbsp ground ginger

Instructions
 

  • Mix all these ingredients and whisk them until well combined.
  • You can adjust the flavour according to your choice, can add more molasses for sweetness, or more vinegar for acidity.
  • Heat them at low flame, until you get the desired consistency.
  • Straining is optional, to get more smoother liquid.
  • Transfer it to a clean, airtight jar, and store it in the refrigerator for a longer stay and freshness.
